What is affiliate marketing?
Affiliate marketing is a form of online advertising that rewards website owners
(affiliates) for promoting e-commerce websites (merchants). It is FREE to
join as an affiliate. Once you have been approved to join you are given an
ID number which is used for tracking your sales. Affiliates are paid when
visitors go through links located on their web pages and perform a transaction
on the merchant's web page. Affiliates are rewarded by a percentage of the
sale (6%).

A merchant is a company who wishes to sell their products or services through
a network of websites.
How do we track your visitors'
transactions?
All affiliates are given a personal ID number when they register. Your ID number
is included in all your merchant links you download. If one of your visitors
clicks through to our site and buys some products, our software tracks your
ID and pays you your commission.

must fulfill this criteria to become a member and then you're off and running!

We send a cheque 4 times a year (every quarter).
Do I have to pay tax on my commission
earned?
Any commission earned is classified as income and therefore may be subject
to tax depending on your individual situation. If you are a UK resident then
you should seek professional advice to ensure compliance.
How long after a click through
can I still earn commission?
Once someone clicks through to disabledaccessories.com from your banner, a
'cookie' will be placed on the users machine. This will be valid for 30 days
and will trigger commision for future purchases from the user machine.

How do I get my banners and
code?
A choice of diferent sized banners and codes are available (Sign in to download
these with the code). You can 'fit' different banners to suit your pages. It
is good practice to put a banner on your home page, and on internal pages next
to relevant content.
What do I do with the banners
and code?
Simply cut and paste the whole code (located under each banner) into whatever
software you are using to design your web site. You then need to upload the
web page onto your server and the banners will appear on your site.
